What digital camera would SD1200 is the best choice: Panasonic Lumix or Canon Powershot FS7?
I have done extensive research and comparisons side by side and I can not decide easily. The main theme would be my very active 2 years. Help! I think that after the reading messages and responses that I pitch the Panasonic. It's just surprising that Panasonic is a better camera from a Canon. If you say I should get a Canon, can you tell me why? The only 2 people told me that Panasonic has been a very good reason.

I would do with the Nikon. I have a few Sony possession Compact Digital as the W150, and they were great, but in this comparison, it seems that the Nikon is the camera better. I wrote a "Review recommended that digital cameras" on my site. You can read if you want. This could help the search. But if I choose the Nikon over reputation and megapixels. Plus its purple so .... yeah WINNER! Http: / / / www.tysonjamesphotography.com Site Recommended_Digital_Cameras.html
I ordered a Panasonic Lumix-DMC ZS3 digital camera that I bought mainly because of its high optical zoom for P & S SX200 and because it seemed better in the comments that the Canon, although I always liked Canon My question is, how much does a digital photo of the image quality worse when combined with optical zoom? For example, ZS3 has the 12x optical and digital zoom and 4x digital 10.1 megapixel, so I'm assuming exhausted, I would be 48x. But what would the quality of this image? Would it 10.1 / 4 = 2.5 megapixels, or should it be any different? Yes, yes, I know that digital zoom reduces the quality, I 'm trying to understand, but in what proportion. Suppose I 12x digital and 3x optical table, I get an image about 3,3-3,4 million pixels quality? As is still very much in a normal print size
The digital zoom is functional, as scaling / Extension a jpeg of some basic photo-editor on your PC. I say "basic", because the algorithms extension are not very robust, because it in for Photoshop or one of the editors from the improved image quality. And like its predecessors, it should always be disabled in your camera. Use a decent photo editor your PC and you have much better results.
